This terms of service explains, in plain language, how Nexbyte Solutions operates. It is provided as a genuine, complete document. Note: this is a general template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and tailored to your jurisdiction before you rely on it in production.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing the Nexbyte Solutions website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Enrollment & eligibility
To enroll you must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract. Some programs have prerequisites; misrepresenting your eligibility may affect your enrollment.
3. Fees & payment
Program fees are shown in US dollars on each program page. Installment plans, where offered, are indicative until confirmed at enrollment. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Early-bird discounts apply only to eligible programs during stated periods.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the program and how far it has progressed. Foundation certificates and cohort-based programs each have their own refund window, which is disclosed at enrollment. Contact us to request a refund within the applicable window.
5. Access & conduct
Program access is granted to you personally and may not be shared or resold. You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt other learners, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, content and branding are owned by Nexbyte Solutions or our licensors and are provided for your personal learning. You retain ownership of the projects you build, subject to any third-party components you use.
7. Certificates & outcomes
Certificates are awarded on meeting each program's completion criteria. While we provide placement support on eligible tiers, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes unless expressly stated in a written program agreement.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexbyte Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or modify programs to improve them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexbyte Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
